Purple Aura

In this piece, I wanted to explore the mystery of unseen energies. The cellular marble effect in the upper portion emerged through a special pouring technique, creating those ethereal purple bubbles that seem to float. The textured lower section grounds the piece – I built that up with heavy impasto, letting the paint create crystalline formations.

The whole composition suggests auras or energy fields we can sense but not quite grasp, like looking at something spiritual through a microscope. The way the deep purple rises and meets those ethereal bubbles reminds me of consciousness expanding beyond its usual boundaries. There’s something both comforting and mysterious in how the textures interact, like watching thoughts dissolve into pure awareness.
